Because racism is the ultimate pandemic, and because we all can do better (ourselves included), at Tamed Wild and North of Stella, we’ve spent this last week reflecting, thinking, journaling, and educating ourselves on some simple, and not so simple things that we can do to make an impact and support people of color.
As a subscription box company, we rely on the relationships we build with our followers. Over the last few years, we’ve gotten to know you guys pretty well. You’re travelers, healers, artists, dreamers, book lovers, mothers, fathers, kitchen witches, activists, and wild spirits. So, with you in mind, we’ve compiled a list of black-owned subscription boxes, businesses, and book clubs that we believe will speak to you. Support!
We know that there are many ways we can take a stand. With our words, our choices, and our paychecks. Moving forward, we’ll be paying close attention to where our dollars go and who they support. It’s a simple task to fight injustice, but a powerful one indeed.
